"Pitiful customer service. Expect to wait hours or even days for a return phone call. My daughter was in a minor car accident. Cody immediately dropped her from our family plan and had his secretary send an email to inform us. After years and years of paying into a plan we didn’t even get the courtesy of a conversation. Cody is very good at collecting money. Caring for customers? Not so much."

I love how convenient their mobile app is and the response and call back times are unbeatable! Recently, I spoke to Lisa, from the Franklin location! She was AMAZING!
